I had so much fun photographing Ghenya and Jonathan’s deCordova engagement session on a beautiful May evening bathed in golden light. This stylish, loving and playful couple came ready to rock their shoot, and after I gave them my little spiel (be yourselves, it’s ok to feel awkward – it will pass, if you don’t know what to do with your hands put them on each other, it’s ok to kiss but not on the lips, my favorite couples photos are when you look really into each other) they knocked it out of the park. The chemistry and connection between them is easy to see, and I’m so excited for their August wedding at the Charles River Museum in Waltham.
