Maddy and Matt first crossed paths in high school, and started dating in college. When I first met them, they told me about some of the adventures they shared, including a tipsy exploration of the Lincoln Monument, more recent trips to London and Paris, and a proposal under the twinkle lights along Commonwealth Ave. I met up with them this fall at their loft building for their East Boston engagement session. I couldn’t pass up the beautiful light in the stairwell, so we made a few portraits there before heading toward the shipyard to explore the art, architecture and views. It was a bit of a blustery day, but it was that much better for snuggling together.
