Michelle and Brooks were married on a beautiful but not-too-hot day in September – just the kind of day you hope for when planning a late summer wedding. Their ready smiles and laid-back personalities set the tone for the day, and the Meeting House at Four Corners in Tiverton, Rhode Island, was just the right venue for their casual and fun celebration. The exchanged vows under dappled light, in a personal ceremony crafted and led by Brooks’ brother-in-law. Guests sipped signature cocktails in the open air, before moving into the tent for dinner, starting the meal with a blessing over the challah baked by Michelle. It was clear from the toasts just how much these two are loved. We slipped away for a few minutes to make some sunset portraits in wonderful golden light. Everyone then moved inside the meetinghouse for dancing and dessert.
