I have a friend who always offers to order raw oysters on a first date, as a test of how adventurous the other person is. When I first met Elizabeth, she suggested some oysters to go with our beers. If it was a test, I passed, and I immediately liked her.
When I first met her fiance Eli at Erin and Alex’s wedding (Elizabeth is Alex’s sister), he mentioned this great idea for the wedding photography. He thought I should sky-dive into the reception, taking pictures all the way… if only the roof to the hall could retract. I immediately liked him.
Needless to say, I had a lot of fun with this playful couple during their engagement session on the Tufts campus, and I’m looking forward to photographing their wedding in January.
