Kristen and Ned met on the first day of classes their first semester at college. They were in the same architecture program and became fast friends. Over winter break, they spoke frequently on the phone, and started dating as soon as they arrived back on campus for their second semester. After graduating, they moved to Boston together, where they both landed their first jobs.
These two love spending time on the water and exploring the Boston area. Ned proposed to Kristen last year, taking her on a boat ride to one of the harbor islands and packing a picnic. For their engagement session, we headed to World’s End in Hingham on a gloriously sunny June evening. Not only did it have the beautiful views of Boston over the water, but it was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, a famous landscape architect. We trekked along the carriage paths, through fields and along the shore, finding beautiful light making some sweet and relaxed portraits.
