Today I wanted to share with you a little about my signature wedding album. Let me gush for a moment and tell you just how gorgeous these are. This album style is known within the industry as a flushmount album; it features archival prints mounted on a rigid substrate (to create thick pages that can’t be bent), lay-flat binding and a huge variety of layout options including full-page panoramas. Cover options include Italian leather (as shown here) or Japanese silks, both with wonderful textures that are a treat to hold. Covers can be personalized with image cameos and/or custom debossing. This modern and sophisticated album will stand the test of time and become your first family heirloom.
Investing in albums is hard; the more time that passes from your wedding, the further down your list it goes. But if your wedding photography is important to you, then you deserve to experience your images in print. Don’t relegate your wedding images to a hard drive in some drawer – make them into an album that you can look through and share, today and through the years (when maybe that DVD or USB isn’t the dominant technology of the day).
